This Refund Policy applies to services offered by Veridanta Advisory Services LLP.

Service-Based Nature

Our services are advisory and consulting-based, and much of our work involves time, expertise, research, planning, and strategic input. As such, refunds are evaluated based on the stage of service delivery and the terms agreed in writing.

General Rule

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement or proposal, fees paid for completed advisory work are non-refundable.

Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered if:

Services were not initiated

A duplicate payment was made

A refund is required under the signed agreement

There was an administrative error on our part

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not granted for:

Completed advisory consultations

Time already spent on discovery or planning

Delays caused by client non-response

Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations not specified in the engagement scope

Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact details provided on the website. Please include your name, invoice or transaction number, and the reason for the request.

Review

All refund requests will be reviewed fairly and reasonably. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
